Exclusiveelitear understands that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Refund Policy

Refunds for landscape design services are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Consultation fees may be refunded if cancellation occurs 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Design service fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced
• Installation deposits may be refundable depending on project stage and materials ordered

Design Revisions

Exclusiveelitear includes reasonable design revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

Material Returns

Materials purchased through Exclusiveelitear may be returnable if unused and in original condition. Return eligibility depends on supplier policies and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Project Modifications

If you wish to modify an approved design or installation plan, please contact Exclusiveelitear as soon as possible. Modifications may affect project timeline and costs.

Warranty Information

Exclusiveelitear provides warranty coverage for installed materials and workmanship as specified in individual service agreements. Warranty terms vary by service type and materials used.
